Morse Code Translator

Text ↔ Morse, with playback.

Runs entirely in your browser — nothing you enter is uploaded, logged, or tracked.

Convert text to Morse code or decode Morse back to text — letters, digits, and common punctuation — and play the result as audio dots and dashes.

Frequently asked questions

How do I write Morse for decoding?

Use dots (.) and dashes (-) for each letter, a space between letters, and a slash ( / ) between words. The decoder turns it back into text.

Can it play the sound?

Yes — a play button sounds out the dots and dashes using the Web Audio API, generated live in your browser.
