DMARC Record Builder
Build a DMARC DNS record.
Runs entirely in your browser — nothing you enter is uploaded, logged, or tracked.
DMARC tells receiving mail servers what to do with email that fails SPF/DKIM checks for your domain — the key defence against spoofing in your name. Choose a policy and reporting options to build a valid v=DMARC1 record, then paste it as a TXT record at _dmarc.yourdomain. Built locally in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the record go?
As a TXT record at _dmarc.yourdomain.com in your DNS. Start with p=none to monitor (you get reports), then tighten to quarantine and reject once you trust your setup.
What do the policies mean?
p=none monitors only; p=quarantine sends failing mail to spam; p=reject blocks it. rua is where aggregate reports are emailed.
Do I need SPF and DKIM too?
Yes — DMARC builds on SPF and DKIM, which must be configured and aligned with your From domain for DMARC to pass.
